Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

Our refund and returns policy covers a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food or flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, some health and personal care items, and products with obvious signs of use.

To complete a return, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, such as if the item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still not reflected, contact your credit card company and bank.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be credited to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
